I recognize that there will be occasions when, once a training session has been booked and agreed, the session will need to be cancelled or rearranged.
This might be due to
- Illness
- Unforeseen personal circumstances or emergency
- Pressure of studies or imminent deadlines
Principles of Top Class Computers (UK) Ltd cancellation policy
- I will always text or email you 2-3 days prior to a booked session to double check that this is still convenient for you
- Should you need to rearrange any sessions, please try to give as much notice as you can
- For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the cost of the first hour of the session may be met from your student DSA allowance
- My personal preference is not to have to do this if I can personally avoid it
